  1. I usually only have to say no when they want something they’re not entitled to!!

    I know what you mean about feeling bad about the restaurants’ shortcomings, when I like a customer and we don’t have what they want, I almost feel like going out and getting it for them….then I come to my senses!

  2. Sometimes I just want to scream “read the f— menu! everything we have is on there! Every last thing! Even the prices! And yes it comes with bread and salad! AUGH!”
